Tips on searching AJAD articles:

Type of search

Use the Search type dropdown to specifiy the type of search you want to execute, and these are:

  1. Keywords - find articles using words in the title, abstract, and keyword/s provided by the author/s
  2. Authors - find articles by author's name
  3. JEL Code - find articles using a three-digit JEL Code

Search operators

For the keyword type of search, use the following operators to get accurate search results:

  • leading or trailing plus sign ( + )
  • leading or trailing minus sign ( - )
  • asterisk ( * )
  • double quote ( " )

Note: Search operators are not required in searching AJAD articles.

Example

The following examples demonstrate the use of search operators:

    Find articles that contain both words.
  • +rice production
    Find articles that contain the word "rice", but rank articles higher if they also contain "production".
  • +rice -production
